My name is Alan Lyme. My life path brought me from England to the USA as a young man and I have spent the last four decades on a quest to be meaningful. As a clinician, supervisor, trainer and coach I have observed thousands of individuals grow personally and professionally. I’ve developed a passion for facilitating life-changing experiences.
As a Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge®, I have facilitated trainings in both the business and non-profit worlds. Those trainings have continued to fuel both my passion and my quest.

My name is Alex Simmons, a native of Greenville, SC. I am a father, lifelong learner, and advocate for building a healthy community. For the past decade, I have served as a leader at The Phoenix Center, where our mission is to “Serve and Love Every Day.” Through The Leadership Challenge, I have focused on developing, facilitating, and coaching individuals toward exemplary leadership.
As a Certified Master In Training of The Leadership Challenge®, I have facilitated workshops for leaders in our community. These experiences have inspired me to expand my desire to develop today's and tomorrow's leaders.
