This program enables empowers practitioners to effectively roll out The Leadership Challenge Workshop within their organization. A two-day training following on the workshop itself, participants gain a deep understanding of model and LPI®, and the skills necessary for conducting meaningful development experiences for leaders at all levels.

LPI® Coach Training

Designed to capitalize on the the simple, yet powerful LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®, this learning event is for HR professionals and consultants. The coaches gain insight on how to effectively deliver assessment results, offer analysis, and build action plans to drive an individual’s ongoing development as a leader.
